Implement human resources strategies and policies within the agency.
Guide and manage recruitment processes, including job advertising, selecting suitable candidates, and conducting interviews
Develop and implement training and development programs for agency employees, including identifying training needs and organizing workshops and seminars.
Manage and evaluate employee performance,and develop necessary improvement and development plans.
Implement performance management policies, motivate employees, and handle workplace challenges and issues.
Handle employee issues, conflicts, disciplinary actions, and implement necessary legal procedures.
Review and update human resources policies and procedures to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
Maintain employee records and relevant documents, ensuring their accuracy and confidentiality.
Prior experience as a Human Resources Manager in a marketing agency is preferable.
Extensive knowledge of human resources management concepts and best practices.
